I cannot speak highly enough of Sean. He came to see us yesterday and was a model of kindness and professionalism. He very patiently explained all our options to us and used his expertise to go through any difficulties that the work would throw up and to suggest solutions. We particularly appreciated his honesty when it came to pricing up the job. Sean is probably unusual among builders in that he insists on giving you a fixed and final figure for the job, ie. a fixed price that covers everything from the initial groundwork to a completely finished new kitchen. Once this price is agreed, any unforeseen costs will be borne by Sean himself. Unfortunately, although Sean gave us a very fair price, we have decided to go for a more modest kitchen refurb that does not involve building an extension. Amazing 5* work! Highly recommend James and team. We had a kitchen ground floor extension completed last year; it has exceeded our expectations. James followed up all issues and questions in a professional manner. Jimmy fitted the flooring throughout the ground floor - perfect. Despite the appalling weather the work was completed on time. The extension is also built to such a high standard it weathered the Stalybridge tornado in December!!! Want a little wall or step or something building I’m sure you will be fine but please do not use these cowboys for anything bigger! Endless problems, had their money and now zero aftercare on shoddy workmanship, won’t answer calls or texts. They pay suppliers with cash so then don’t have invoices or receipts for anything which then means no guarantees or warranties! A pane of glass smashed in our roof lantern and we are having to pick up the bill for new glass and fitting because they won’t take any responsibility for doing an absolute bodge job fitting it full of silicone everywhere. Long list of other problems and not enough characters to tell you all about them. Be warned of these cowboys!

Late review. Ste and the fellas built a wrap-around single storey extension for us in 2021. I can't recommend him highly enough. It wasn't the easiest build due to poor drawings we had from the architect, but Ste went above and beyond to make sure we had the extension that we wanted. Ste and the lads were positive, friendly and always had solutions to any challenges that came up. They also stuck to the original quote as much as possible, despite rising costs of materials at the time (2021). My wife and I worked from home for the entire build (about 4 months start to end), which wasn't ideal, but Ste and lads helped to make it work for us. 3 years on and we're well and truly settled and loving the extension. We're not sure that we'd ever want to go through a similar build again (at least not while living and working from home full time), but if we did then we would want Ste to do the job. 5 stars.Latest review:Extensions- - RezaExtension Builder in Sale
