Excellent job completed on my side extension for a downstairs bathroom, work completed to a very high standard and Dan and the team were very professional. No payments taken upfront and payment in stages agreed at the beginning. Would definitely recommend for any building work. Really pleased with the job done

Just want to take the time to say a big thank you to Carl for the new garage at my mom and dad’s house. I made it clear that I had a lot of problems with previous builders and he has definitely restored my faith. Carl turned up between 7-8am every day and gave me updates on progress. Ordered material when needed and also tried to save my parents money when he could. There aren’t many people in the trade like Carl and Im using this review to let you know you would not be making a mistake by hiring him. The work he has done is exemplary and he should be proud. High Green Building are absolutely fantastic! Marc turned up, on time, worked hard everyday. Did an outstanding job and built us a dining room, utility room and toilet. We are so pleased with not only the end result but the quality of work and care taken during the build. Cannot fault Marc (and Owen) I would highly recommend Marc for any build. Whether you need a wall building or a big build. And to top it off, he is not only professional but a nice guy as well. Price is also very competitive. On my builder you sometimes have to take a risk with who you employ. High Green Building there is no risk.

We have a dedicated team of staff always on hand to help you through any job you require in your house or garden. All different tradesmen available so multiple jobs being done under same roof is easily doable. Competitive rates available and any genuine quote will be beaten.
Very poor experience, we employed Advance to build a 2 Storey extension unfortunately we had to terminate the contract of the company at first floor joist level due to consistent issues in regards to quality of build, not reading the drawings or spec leading to incorrect materials being used or sub standard materials for the project. Protection of property and general onsite cleanliness including leaving constant food and drink on our property. We had numerous issues with labour being onsite it was a build during winter that comes with its own problems however even good days were consistently missed with no communication from the management. We had to get numerous people out to review the build as it didn’t appear the onsite management understood the basic standards and requirement for the build. Finally after agreement and release of final pay the company refused to pay the scaffolding company for the works done on our property leaving ourselves with the further issue of scaffolding after we had paid. Whilst the company gave a cheap price it was just not worth the subsequent stress and issues caused by Advance construction and their poor onsite management.Latest review:Extensions-

We carry out all aspects of building work, ground work and all property maintenance work.we cover all trades such as bricklaying, joinery, plastering,electrics, plumbing, etc. I've been in the building trade for 33 years and self employed working for my self for the last16 years. I've also been working with the tradesmen that work with me for 15 years plus so therefore no that they all work to a high standard. Thank you Brian.
We hired Brian to do extensive refurbishment of our house which involved 3 metre long and ten metre wide extension. The whole ground floor was opened into one space and the stairs moved. It took us 2 years to find a builder and it was worth the wait. Brian and the team were amazing working long days and weekends to get the job done. He coordinated everybody, Plummer, sparky, plasterer, stairs guys and kitchen fitter. Brian was the only builder who when he came to quote did not ask our budget. He looked at the job and came back with the most reasonable quote. It was a massive project for us, which involved moving out of the house at one point. Brian always tried to minimise the upset for us and was good fun to have around. We can highly recommend Brian, the photos speak for themselves. It’s an amazing transformation and we love it, we would not consider using and other builder. Great guy, great job

Our garden had been pretty much unused since it was flooded in 2015. We had tried replacing the grass a couple of times ourselves, but it always died because of poor drainage due to clay soil. Michael dug out the whole area out and installed 2 french drains, improved the top soil and re-turfed the grass, laid some slate for a patio, and repurposed some existing paving slabs as a base for our shed, prolonging its life and saving us cash. The drainage has really worked, the water no longer sits on the surface and the lawn is flourishing! The patio area and the garden in general - has given our home another room. We couldn't be happier! Michael completed the whole job over 2 weeks - just like he said he would. Patrick's work went above and beyond my expectations of how excellent the rebuild of a wall and installation of a window would look when completed. Patrick and his team arrived on time. I was kept informed of progress each day and Patrick and his team worked constantly throughout the day. They tidied up each day and on completion of the job. Patrick is very skilful and has great vision of how the work he does should look when finished.
