After being let down by a previous bricklayer, I was hesitant to try someone new through MyBuilder. However, I'm so glad I did. Brendan was the complete opposite of my prior experience. He arrived the very next day to provide a quote and began the work the following week, showing up on time every day. He was patient and happy to explain the details of what he was doing, which I greatly appreciated. I had a request for a breeze block wall at the top of my drive, including the quirky addition of a cat flap to keep out stray cats, and a secure lock for an old gate. Brendan didn't hesitate at my unusual request and got straight to work. To say I'm happy with the results is an understatement—I’m absolutely thrilled.
