He's not just a plumber - he understands houses so does the job with the bigger picture in mind, making sure it doesn't just do the job, but it looks good too. He's also proactive which is rare - he noticed we hadn't asked him to install an outdoor tap, so he asked us if we wanted one, and just did it, no dramas. His quote was very fair, and he was completely transparent about material costs so we knew there was no inflated guesswork involved.
