In a matter of days from then the foundations were being dug out and the build started. Kevin's communication has been excellent throughout and he has always been contactable. Steel beams and very large industrial light fittings proved difficult to fit initially but Kevin's team persevered to ensure everything looked great and safe. The end result being exactly want we hoped for. We may have had 'a few bumps along the way' but Kevin ensured that we now have the home we envisaged and we thank him sincerely for that. They gave a competitive quote & I visited 3 of their current/previous projects/ clients which gave me the confidence in the quality of work & assurance of their reliability. They where able to start the job withing months of quoting & the job was completed with a 5-6week delay- (due to a window supply issue from another contractor). There where terrible weather issues during the build with multiple storms which resulted in flooding internally when the roof was off. Vince & Suzie came out personally at a,weekend to help clear the water & debris & provided dehumidifiers so it was sorted. Graeme their site manager/ supervisor is superb- great communication on every stage of the build, checking finishes & discussing options, dealing with subcontractors & suppliers. Their joiners where amazing- highly skilled,efficient, polite always, they cleaned the site each day & completion of snags superb- above & beyond duty.

We recently had Jay and Jake complete some roofing work for us – constructing a new pitched roof and replacing a flat roof with EPDM rubber – and we couldn’t be more pleased with the results. From start to finish, they was fantastic. They turned up on time every single day and worked non-stop throughout, showing real dedication and professionalism. Jay and Jake was always polite, friendly, and respectful of our property. They made sure everything was tidied up at the end of each day, which was very much appreciated. A rare bonus for a builder – no brews required, as they don’t drink tea or coffee! Nothing was ever too much trouble, and it’s clear that Jay takes great pride in his work. The job has been completed to an exceptionally high standard, and we’re absolutely delighted with the outcome. Late review. Ste and the fellas built a wrap-around single storey extension for us in 2021. I can't recommend him highly enough. It wasn't the easiest build due to poor drawings we had from the architect, but Ste went above and beyond to make sure we had the extension that we wanted. Ste and the lads were positive, friendly and always had solutions to any challenges that came up. They also stuck to the original quote as much as possible, despite rising costs of materials at the time (2021). My wife and I worked from home for the entire build (about 4 months start to end), which wasn't ideal, but Ste and lads helped to make it work for us. 3 years on and we're well and truly settled and loving the extension. We're not sure that we'd ever want to go through a similar build again (at least not while living and working from home full time), but if we did then we would want Ste to do the job. 5 stars.Latest review:Extensions- - Get in touch
