Jimmy gave me what I considered to be a great estimate to remove a fireplace and hearth and then replaster the chimney breast. The job turned out to be far more complicated than anticipated but Jimmy did a fantastic job. He carried out hours of extra work repairing the laminate floor and a couple of other additional small jobs. When it came to payment, Jimmy asked for his original quoted price and I had to press him to take a few quid extra. Punctual and cheerful, Jimmy's skill set as a builder is vast and in addition his advice on the the most cost effective solutions was brilliant. Charlie was professional and polite contacted straight away with price of work. Had spoken to my partner of what was included in price. Arrived on time on date planned, took before and after pictures, so we were aware of the work completed and what we were paying for. He also made us aware of a future job we may need completing but when we were ready. Polite throughout work and especially nice to my 2 year old who wanted to see everything that went on.
