Get in touchImmediate initial response and organised works for the next day. Team came out and did a good job of most jobs, but left a couple of jobs uncompleted. It was discussed that these loose ends could be tied up the next day, as we had imminent decorating starting and needed these jobs doing first. Tried to contact the company four times on the day agreed, no response. A text the day after received a response that the company were too busy to come out and complete the work, so my husband had to go to B&Q and have a go at it himself. Get in touchWas a difficult job due to due to plasterer concealing existing electrical wiring above old ceiling and having to make more than expected inspection holes to locate the wiring. Managed to get the new lights fitted in the end and did not charge over the odds like some electricians. Get in touchCraig came to test a newly installed cooker circuit. The double oven that the circuit was intended for arrived a couple of hours before he did. The timing of this was not planned and he was booked in just to test the circuit. When asked if he and his workmate could install the double oven as well, he was very obliging and promptly carried out both jobs.
