So, Paul finished our extension in March. But the year of covid and no time meant i didnt review until now. Still,that gave us time to live in it and see how it stood up. very well no problems. I honestly believe that if there had have been, Paul would have sorted it. So back to the job, Paul came to us after another builder left us in the lurch last minute, we found him on here, and were very worried as he wasnt directly recommended/know to us.He quoted the job clearly, he started when he said he would,finished on time and there was always somebody on site when he said there would be. We discussed EVERY stage of the build as it went on, and im sure annoyed the hell out of him, but we got everything we expected from the build and even a few things we hadnt thought of suggested by paul.He assisted with building control and was in control throughout. his quality of work and that of everybody he employs is superb, Millimeter perfect in the case of one radiator we had to get in, The result we got is stunning and is always commented as such when we get visitors. we had a couple of very minor niggles post completion Which he came and rectified even though hed been paid in full. Would I use him again. Most definately. Would i recommend him, in a heartbeat. One word of warning, if you do get him to do a job, make sure you stock up, he never says no to a brew!!!!! I think Anthony is best described as he and his staff take pride in their work. I had a new block-paved drive done. All way through he advised me on the best options and ideas I would not have thought of such as ensuring that any rainwater took the best path towards drains rather than merely ending up in the garden. I needed a 1.5ft deep and1 1ft wide French drain installed around the perimeter of my house to prevent bridging of the damp proof course. Karl has been absolutely amazing throughout, from the first contact where he was very responsive and described exactly what the work would consist of. When the work was done, Karl sent me photos (I live far away from where the work was being down) and a video, and the work was done to an incredibly high standard. I would highly recommend Karl, and he will now be my go-to person for any groundwork jobs that I have in the future.

Steve built us a garden room from scratch, and it looks fabulous. Then followed up with building heavy timber raised beds and re-flagged an area. Everything done through good project planning and a team of skilled tradesmen, including himself. He used experience and expertise to advise us the best and most cost effective way to get the job done. Steve is very reliable and makes sure a job is done properly. Would recommend him to anyone.

First Class. We wouldn't hesitate to use JD Building and Maintenance again. Jordan and his brother did a brilliant job. We've already asked for a quote for another job and recommended them to work colleagues. They started the job when they said they would and worked long hours to complete the task (early). They kept the site tidy throughout, interpreted and accommodated our changing requirements even when we weren't exactly sure how to achieve what we wanted.
