Bathroom Luigi did a complete bathroom refit on a property I was doing up. I chose Luigi as he had completed work for me previously on over tiling a kitchen floor. On this occasion Luigi completed the whole job to include complete bath set replaced, bath shower sink WC. His team did the plumbing, electrics, plastering, tiling and joinery work to a very good standard. They left the place clean and tidy, were polite and always on time with the job completed before the target date. Work was done well, some minor errors. Shower tray was supposed to be floor level, not 8" high. 1 patterned tile fitted upside down. Worst part, floor was not laid over a secure foundation, some floor planks have split. We unexpectedly had a bathroom leak. Wayne gave us some advice and decided we would alter the bathroom to a full on wet room. Wayne kept us informed every step. He has done the most amazing job to an extremely high standard. The finish is outstanding. There were some tricky bits along the way which did not phase Wayne at all. He calmly considered the best solution and got on with it in a professional manner. Had a door key to my property and even kept an eye on my cats whilst working! What an AMAZING job! Florin and Georghe responded to my advert on this site and we arranged for them to provide a quote. From the very first meeting it was obvious that they were very professional and knew exactly what they were talking about. They put our mind at rest about what could be achieved from the start. The process of refurbing our bathroom, which to us was a massive job, was smooth and professional. From choosing the suite, to knocking down walls, fitting new doors, electrics, plastering, tiling floor and walls, painting, fitting the wet room everything was done to a class 1 standard. Nothing was too much trouble. Florin has an eye for detail and his recommendations on what goes well with what and colour schemes was inspiring. They always cleaned up after themselves and left the area clean and tidy at the end of the day. I would highly recommend Spectrum Construction NW and will be doing so to anybody who asks me for a recommendation. We would also use them again and wouldn't dream of looking for anybody else.
