Get in touchBlocked my drain with resin joint compound used. Water filled my kitchen. Spoke to Ben and he agreed to come out and take a look. He agreed this was incomplete and couldn't leave a job like this. When trying to contact him to get a date for remedial works, he messaged back claiming all works were fine and tested and would I like him to come out for new works? I thought I misunderstood our previous conversation so checked my garden security camera where it confirmed that he agreed the job wasn't done. It was a disrespectful way to handle the situation and it's a shame as I thought he was polite and decent. Wouldn't hire again and would caution people that the 2yr workmanship guarantee doesn't exist and he will claim it is new works. Could say more but the character limit won't allow me to. Pictures added for evidence. Happy to edit this if he sticks to what he said for remedial works but I don't expect that happening.

He completely transformed our garden and the price he quoted was very reasonable given the job was so difficult. Him and his team came early every morning and gave it 100%. We let Saj have some creative freedom with the little details and his ideas are very smart and cost efficient and he comes up with solutions to fit the budget.
