Get in touchMostly ok. Though sometime it was young inexperienced guys (unsupervised=rework). Don’t do a day rate with anyone. I was charged day rate + fuel to/from my place + operational cost & always had to be 2 tradesman onsite £££ even though trades people work alone all the time. Some turned up (not all) have breakfast, do some work, surf/talk on mobiles, fag breaks, get/have lunch, a bit of work, hang around, coffee/tea end day. I was desperate as the builders before them had left me in a shitty situation, ran away with my money and didn’t do work to building control standards. I needed some emergency rectification work + someone to take on what was left to do and finish the job. The only option I was offered was day rate. Other builders are reluctant to take on a job left by another builder so I was grateful they did & did do some good work for which am thankful. Nice enough & started v strong. Unregulated builders/building trade leaves customers at a disadvantage at their mercy.Latest review:Conversions - General-
