We are then able to repour concrete and/or fit the desired flooring. Secondly we specialise in External Insulation for properties and have a large portfolio of recent work completed. We are able to offer an extensive guarantee for the products used in this job. However, this is not all we do and have a wide portfolio of work including extension building, building garages and outhouses, roofing, kitchen fitting, groundwork, bricklaying, soffits and guttering, landscaping and small jobs like fitting flooring, plumbing, painting and decorating. What was supposed to be only a concrete excavation job turned out to be a full UFH installation with insulation and screed on top. It was a big job but the team has managed very well. I honestly can't thank Danny and Griff enough, they worked so hard to take something from a sheet of paper and make it into a reality. I would not hesitate to recommend them, from start to finish they were totally amazing. New rear extension, large living room, large downstairs bedroom with on suite. From arriving on time, keeping me up to date with what was happening, getting all the trades in ( roofer, electrician, plumbing, tiler, plasterer, carpenter) Colour matching the existing brickwork. Booking the building inspector in for site visits, Leaving everything clean and tidy. Outstanding from start to finish, really lucky to have found such a experienced and capable builder. We employed A Kelsey Construction to complete the renovation of our 19th Century Grade II listed home in Staffordshire. Until recently, I was a co-owner of an Architectural Practice, and required a Contractor who could meet our demanding needs. We interviewed a short-list of three potential candidates and it was quite clear that the Contractor had the requisite skills and attitude to make our project a success. In short, their attention to detail and solution finding approach, (especially in our C 19th home) was refreshing. Communication and attendance was very good, and we were pleased with the results. As an Architectural Practice, we later introduced them to some of our professional contacts, and they went on to complete a further project for one of my colleagues with an excellent outcome.
