Michael provided a detailed quotation for the works and spoke through each step of the work in collaboration with myself and my site manager to ensure we were happy. On completion there were a few niggles to sort, Michael didn’t rest until everything was as we needed. He has high expectations of himself and his team and it really shone through. Pillars and window sills were cracked and disintegrating. We had major water damage and stonework I assumed would be unrepairable. Aside from the overwhelming level of quality of the work Azem and his team also work like a Formula 1 pit crew. Every morning they were early and work was carried out quickly and cleanly.
