Get in touchUpon arrival, Danny caused a lot of frustration and anger for us because he didn't know you must use boarding between the underfloor heating and the flooring we'd chosen, despite it being on the manufacturer's website. So we spent most of the day frantically contacting other suppliers. He was unable to fit a door because he thought it was the wrong size, but isn't, according to the manufacturer's website. He also led us to believe the underfloor heating didn't require sign-off from an approved electrician, despite it being an absolute must and if we hadn't we'd not be eligible for the product's guarantee. The gaps between the installed flooring are obvious to see. He initially placed the underfloor heating under the fridge and cooker, but said there wasn't enough to cover the rest of the room. He refuses to respond to my messages to complete the job (still waiting for door fitting and skirting boards/beading to be replaced). For your own sanity, don't use this company.

Will def be calling goran again for more work . Siliconed painted fixed damaged wall and laid flooring in hall bedroom and stairs . Xx
