We had to wait a long time for windows which held everything up and was beyond the control of Martyn or the team.The team were professional and knowledgeable and respectful of us having to live in the house meanwhile.

Latest review:Extensions-We hired Phil and his team after receiving a few different quotes. We were swayed by the qualifications and previous jobs/reviews about Activate Construction. We are so impressed with the work that Phil and his team undertook for us-a first storey extension above an existing ground floor extension. Our original plans had been drawn up, however Phil’s expertise in the area led him to suggest another configuration which enabled us to add an extra bedroom as well as relocating our bathroom upstairs. We did hit a few snags and issues, however, all these were dealt with and sorted by Phil and his team quickly and efficiently. All the workers involved were professional, polite, hard working and very knowledgeable. We also asked Phil to create a decking area in our garden after our extension had been finished. We would highly recommend Phil and Activate Construction for any building work and would use them again in the future!

He had a very positive approach at all times and the quality of his work was first rate. Much of the work we did was exposed structural oak framing and decking. He managed all the trades in a timely way and anticipated potential problems ahead of time. The results look fantastic and I would not hesitate to recommend him and his team to others.
