Leaving us with holes in roof, incorrect materials used (from multiple builders we are now getting quotes to finish his job), thousands of pounds lost to materials paid for but not delivered. The chap has wound up a business before and I expect will do so again and retrade under same name 12 months later. We had trades contact us regularly and even now that they haven't been paid by him or taxes paid for work they had done. I would strongly recommend not using this guy and Matt get out of the building trade before you do some damage or hurt someone with your lack of attention to detail and bad building practices. A few photos attached of some of the poor workmanship left over.
