Get in touchI have thought long and hard about whether to leave this review but decided that, since I base my own choice of who to use on My Builder on previous customer's reviews, I needed to be honest. There were many positives to the work Dan and his team did. They were all friendly and extremely helpful, often going the extra mile for me, and most of the work I am happy with. However, there is one aspect that hasn't worked, and I have tried, I hope politely, on several occasions now and over the course of a few weeks, to get Dan to at least come and take a look. While we're not back to square one after the work was done, I now have a different problem. My messages have been ignored and I will now need to find someone else to take a look. Given I don't really know what Dan had done to try to solve the original problem it will be tricky handing it across to someone. So just be aware that you'll be ok if the work goes well, but on your own if it doesn't. They were prompt and courteous the whole time and were very respectful of our home, cleaning up after themselves where necessary. He made us feel like we wasn't being forced to do work we didn't need. We knew exactly what we wanted and Mike done it for us no problem at all. He done an amazing job fixing some render work for us, he also sorted out a leak we was having in our porch and replastered our porch roof. The work he done was very professional, thorough and tidy and we are so happy with it. Will definitely use his services again and happily recommend him to anyone else.
