Get in touchWayne was very quick to respond to my posted job. Arrived at the day and time as agreed. Explained the problem clearly, and what needed to be done to resolve the issue, which was the the upvc front door lock had stopped catching. Wayne fitted a new gearbox ( had no idea that's what the locking system was called) on the spot. Slight hic up followed a couple days later when a screw came out and couldn't be found. Massaged Wayne who was very apologetic. Day and time arranged to refit a new screw, but unfortunately Wayne had to cancel this appointment. Another one made for a couple of days later for which he arrived and completed the job. No further hic up after this being done. Dealt with Wayne remotely so didn't get to actually meet him. But communications via phone calls and messaging he sounded a very nice person. I was given a quote by Wayne, but the final bill was a bit more than i expected.
