Not a single fault with Lloyd and his team member. After cautiously waiting since agreeing on the start date, the work was started and finished in such a fast rate with zero faults or issues. Lloyd and his team member were very kind and caring, always kept us up to date with the work going on. Also considerate to the major factor of the ongoing pandemic restrictions. From the first meeting it was clear Trae was passionate about his work. He listened and made excellent suggestion to transform our front garden into a large driveway. Trae and his team worked through difficult winter conditions to create a stunning outcome. Absolutely no issue with the team, they were always respectful, we made some changes along the way and Trae always accommodated this, keeping us up to speed on costs before any commitments were made. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough and we are very please with the results including positive comments from our neighbours and passersby. It has been a couple of months since the work was finished and it continues to look great without issue.

Repointing- 13 Feb 2021
Disappointed! Firstly, Will and Kurt came to quote for the work, they made the job sound bigger and more time consuming than it was, so that they could justify the quote (ie men needed, payable on a daily rate, materials and timescale.) The job actually took one man half the time they specified, but wouldn’t reduce cost to reflect this, we paid the amount invoiced. When we checked the work more carefully we found 7 areas of unfinished work, Will acknowledged this and said he would come back to complete what he had missed. However, since then, he is ignoring all calls and messages from us and has not been in contact, that was two months ago. Feeling very disappointed, Will seemed a really nice guy and didn’t expect to be left in this position. We are now left to try and deal with this through citizens advice and trading standards. Steer clear unless you want to be disappointed and out of pocket!!
