Cristi-George Dima came over for a quote to renovate my shower room. I warned him an organization is paying for the cost and their paper work may take a while before I finally receive the money. I contacted him to request his bank details, but there was no response. I guessed he wanted cash payment, so I informed the organization who agreed to send me the money for his payment. On phoning to give give him this feedback to encourage him to start the job, there was no response on three occasions. Still another call, and he told me he would come over two days after to start the work. He did not turn up. Yet still, another call, but the line was disconnected, so I left two messages for him on My Builder's website. He has to date, not responded and I have moved on. I am disappointed the way he has treated me. Finally, my advice to him is that, he should stick to agreeements and also feel free to discuss anything that he felt stod in his way, for a proper solution to the problem. Good communication is key to any relationship and he needs to take this on board and all would be well with him. I wish him well, however.
