Lee completed a living room/dining room knock through for us, including blocking up the living room doorway and plastering multiple walls. He did a fantastic job, I am so so pleased with the results. It’s exactly what I wanted, everything completed to a really high standard, it was a super messy job but he protected the house from the mess and tidied it all up when he was finished. Very good, methodical workmanship. Shane dealt with all aspects of our job very thoroughly. Priced accordingly. Couple of issues with plumber, Kane, from Falmouth, that was engaged in some of the work. Does not seem very experienced at all, seems to do a job badly and then creates another job to be done. He had problem remembering to tighten up bleed valves on a radiator, resulting in very wet carpet upstairs, fitted outside tap, forgot to check the elbow joint on the inside resulting in leaky joint. Take the plumber out of the picture....excellent job, very professional, would recommend Shane Hubbard highly including his guys that worked on the alterations.

Look no further. Dean was fantastic from the initial visit to measure up for his quote, right through to completion. He takes pride in his work and was very patient with us when we wanted any changes or additional work carried out. He was on site everyday (including Saturdays towards the end) and always informed us if he wasn't going to be here on any given day. The area was always left tidy at the end of the working day. I have other building work that I want doing one day knowing I won't hesitate to give Dean a call. Very friendly and keeps you updated with his progress throughout. I 100% recommend Dean, top bloke and top builder.
