He asked knowledgeable questions before the work was started and came prepared for everything that might be needed, including me not having enough paint! He is a good time-keeper, letting me know when he was on his way and that he would be with me at the appointed time. He worked hard at clearing the weeds form the rear of the property and the garage entrance, uncovering a concreted area I didn't know I had. The cleaning and painting of the exterior wall wasn't finished until the light was fading and Joe checked the next day that the quality was good enough when seen in the daylight. The job ended up being a bit unpleasant for him as the main sewage pipe from the house was broken and he had to repair the pipe.
