The job required the removal of the first floor bathroom bath, toilet and sink, with some work to the layout and equipment. The bath was replaced by a shower and low tray, required due to progressive old age health issues on our part. The floor surface was replaced with lino with attention to quality of materials. Although taking a little longer than hoped for, the quality of the work was very good and finished to a good standard. Wall-boards were utilised in the replacement shower and the tray was fitted to a good standard. There were some issues which led to the timetable for the job in hand being unable to continue in one-process but this was by mutual agreement. The two workers were experienced in bathroom work and worked to a high degree of efficiency and the resulting conclusion was good and all the equipment is now frequently used. Delighted with the job Jay has done. He built us a second toilet downstairs for an elderly disabled relative. He went above and beyond and the finish was fabulous and on our budget. After asking us a few questions he thought of everything we may need. He just got on with the job quietly and left the area clean and tidy each day. Jay was very friendly and trustworthy and I wouldn’t hesitate in calling on his services again. 10/10!! Jack recently installed a whole new bathroom for us. He swiftly answered the job and came out to see the work only a couple days later. We were very fortunate he had a week spare. Highly recommended. Andy fitted a bathroom, including a walk in shower and suite for my elderly parents. They are absolutely thrilled. Really quick response from going to view the job, offering a quote and doing the work. Mum said Andy and his son were both very thorough, kind and patient with a "couple of oldies". Sorted out any snagging issues including the rotten floorboards which were uncovered and nothing was too much trouble. Andy even sourced an electrician for them. Andy was also really aware and thoughtful of their budget everything clearly costed, reasonable and explained at every stage. Really great finish and good quality products. I also have over 20 years of building and maintenance experience, which means I can undertake and oversee small building works such as extensions, bathrooms and kitchens from start to finish. I use bonafide sub contractors for all areas of the job to complete projects to a high standard.
Initially we were in touch with Dan about the installation of an extractor fan, but on his visit to the property it was clear that he'd be the right person to do much more. Essentially, he re-furbished the whole property, with a new kitchen, re-designed main bedroom, new front and back doors, a new flat roof over the bathroom, new shelving in the front room, painting throughout and clearing a derelict gazebo in the back garden. We were very happy with the advice and work that we received from Dan, including the way he brought in a couple of sub-contractors such as for carpentary and roofing.

Steve was unable to visit at the weekend which is the only time we were at our new holiday home but he asked his mate Glen. He arrived on time and had no problems explaining what he would need to do. He gave us a price that we were happy with so we trusted the feedback from my builder and paid upfront. As we live 200 miles away we have to build up a network of tradespeople.
