I can help bring your property needs, dreams and ideas to reality, using either bespoke or off the shelf solutions to suit the individual needs of your building, and to suit your personal budget, tastes, designs and specifications. During my 26 years in construction I have worked my way up from chief tea brewers assistant and sweeper upper, to team leader and business owner. And alongside my NVQ qualification I have gained several other related industry accreditations and certifications. Along with much hands on experience in many aspects of my own chosen trade in both the UK and France, I also have some experience of certain aspects of other trades and professions within the broader scope of the construction industry. Which helps me to ensure efficient momentum is maintained on a project, and just as crucially that works are carried out safely and in the correct manner. I pride myself on my attention to detail and the thorough nature of my work, and always attempt to stay conversant in current building, fire prevention and health and safety regulations at all times. Can only say good things about Will and his team. They were polite, considerate and friendly, timely and tidy. Will project managed the whole first floor dormer extension which he did better than we could hope for, taking all the worry out of the work. He had great attention to detail and took on board everything we said or asked for. Will was thorough in his preparation of the estimate and we were really only over because our old house threw up extras and we opted for additional work. He kept us informed of what the extras were likely to be at all times and always checked with us first. We felt he was approachable and it was easy to discuss any queries with him. We are extremely pleased with the quality of finish and the end result. I would not hesitate to recommend Milne Construction.

Latest review:Hard Flooring-Overall the quality of the work was good, but the price was quite high. We were on a tight schedule otherwise we might have gone for a cheaper option. Communication was generally good and the team that fitted the floor were friendly and efficient.
