We hired Cees_maintenance@yahoo.com for our work, they are complete Fraud and I want to make everyone aware that please be careful while hiring them and don't make any advance payments as they nicked our money and deducted more than half the payment as a refund although they never showed up on site! We cannot recommend Joe enough, he didn’t just replace laminate flooring he totally renovated the whole look of our downstairs, offering ideas on improvements, nothing was too much for him & Harry. Sanders home solutions replaced my mother’s conservatory roof. Mel came out to quote for repairs and a replacement roof. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful , explaining the process to my elderly mother. Mel and his team replaced the roof whilst my mother in hospital . Good communication and completed in a day. The new roof looks fantastic. Mel sent photos of the work once completed and we have now been round to look ourselves and the team have done a fantastic job. Very trustworthy company I will definitely use again Thank you to you and your team Mel .

TCB took on a large extension / remodelling for me, starting in autumn and going through the winter. Despite the bad time of year, the project was completed on time, in budget and with a high-quality finish (plenty of neighbours have commented on the quality, speed and friendliness of the team). Trustworthy, very accommodating when things didn’t go to plan and kept me updated with progress while I was working away. Would want to use again and can highly recommend.

Brian helped us transform our porch: he installed a new front door in a different location to where it was previously, he reinforced the walls with an extra layer of brick putting insulation inside, put spotlights in the ceiling, installed new lights on the outside of the porch, redid the flooring and plastered the walls. Brian did a fantastic job. He was very thorough in his work, his attention to detail was good and he has finished our porch to an excellent standard. Brian came round to speak to us when we got home after work about what we wanted ordering, fitting etc on many occasions so communication was good. Brian was also extremely helpful throughout the job and even fitted my light for me in the living room! He gave us lots of advice about what we were buying and also how to finish painting our inner-door which we chose to do ourself. He is hard-working, trustworthy, reliable and a great guy! We would definitely recommend Brian.

Hi Terry, Just want to say thank you very much for the work done in the bathroom May 2013. The cost was reasonable for 3 walls and a ceiling, with the majority of the work done in one day and a small addition on a further day due to some miscommunication on our part. The work is excellent and Terry is a very tidy tradesman. I would reccomend getting an adjusted quote if you decrease the works required on or during the day so there are no surprises. Thanks again, A happy Colchester resident Would definitely hire again.
