Get in touchPlane View Building were quick, thorough, and exceptional at dealing with our roof leak and bathroom renovation. We had suffered a roof leak that was difficult to locate it meant removing the ceiling of the bathroom to locate it. Subsequently, after discussing options, we re-roofed the entire area with reclaimed slates. They helped us find the best roofer for the project that could offer best value for money. They added insulation to the edge of the ceiling at our request to remove the condensation issue the ceiling had at the external wall, where the roof is thinnest. A problem in many Victorian homes. The ceiling was then reinstated and the entire room skimmed and plastered. They tiled the room according to our design and fitted a bath panel and vinyl floor. Simon and his company were trustworthy, good value for money and did a thorough and excellent job. We have already recommended them and will use them again in the future.Latest review: - S.B.S. Before work began, construction and payment schedules were agreed with Lee and my designer so that the whole process began on time and was largely completed on time (8 weeks) and to estimate (other than extras I requested during construction). The finish is excellent, not surprising as all the subcontractors were established local tradesman. Lee and Aaron were great to work with, kept me informed on progress and importantly, I was able to leave them in charge when away. We chose Chris because of his friendly and positive outlook on the work, nothing seemed to be a problem and he was good value. The work took a little longer than planned but this was due to some unforseen circumstances. The job however has been completed to an EXCELLENT standard. Compared to some of the other builders we have had who are grumpy and rude, Chris and his tradesmen were fantastic and we always felt comfortable with them being in the house no matter if we were in or not.
