Very high standard of workmanship in fitting, finishing and decorating. Knowledge of all aspects of the trade and skill levels to match at very competitive rates. Highly recommend for all your projects. I am sure that if Rob King is unable to assist you he will know who to suggest for the job, but I do not think there would be much he could not do! They cleaned up every day before going home all rubbish was taken away would highly recommend james 100%. Very resonable price paid for excellent job completed
Latest review:Restoration & Refurbishment- - Get in touchWe decided to go with Jake for removing a load bearing wall to create an open space for the kitchen and the living room following structural engineers instructions. We had a very good impression when Jake passed by to see the wall for the first time to provide us with a quote. To be honest, we were quite scared about the idea of leaving someone touch the structure of the house, but we decided to trust him for this. We discussed about how the work would be done and started the process of party wall notice. Once we had that notice, we discussed about a day to start the job and he passed by again (months later) so we could decide how the beam would go in the house and understand the process. Jake was extremely efficient and he finished the job in 3 days, removing a 4m concrete wall almost completely the first day. He was very fast which we appreciate tons, clean and transparent during all the job. He explained us all the process and when we were in doubts about it or his methods and asked to know more details, he was extremely transparent and described everything in an easy to understand way. We are very grateful and happy with the work done and we are very confident to definitely recommend him for any structural job.

Get in touchLuke was superb from start to finish. During the quotation phase he was very quick to visit the property and give me an initial estimate. I had to adjust the scope of work a couple of times and Luke was very responsive in amending his quotation. When we agreed the project could go ahead, he provided a plan for how the work would be carried out room by room. Whilst the work was carried out Luke provided updates every few days, including photos. And at the end of the project I was able to do a site visit and talk with him through all the various changes. He is a real professional as well as being a nice guy with a good positive personality. Had a really positive experience, his approach meant no stress as a client, can thoroughly recommend.Latest review:Restoration & Refurbishment-- Get in touchpoorly joined on the right, big white gap probably sealant or white glue. also chipped. I don't know what you used to cut it. looks badly scratched on the left of the sink, in front of the cover. Very disappointing. Your photos don't show all these. The photos my tenants send shows a different picture. The joint is not tight together, that's why you have this big gap with the white glue on show.
