Moj did a very good job. He came promptly in response to our job and we felt such confidence in him that we went ahead. His explanations are very clear and he is also very considerate of our needs, as older people. he even hoovered up afterwards. We have had a persistent drip problem with the very old, and rather inaccessible, stopcock in our Victorian house. Moj has also dealt with this effectively and efficiently. Great experience from start to finish. Very knowledgeable, competent and reliable plumber. Spend a few hours to ensure all the pipes are done properly and the bathroom shower is fully functional. Also, he did tidy up and ensured everything was in working order. This job was to install a hand shower in the bathroom. He opened the wall behind the bathroom and said it needed an extra valve and he would come back in two days to install it. Later in the day, he messaged me to pay for the material cost £250 for the Valve and the hand shower and I paid as requested, but he didn't come back. It's been a month, and there has been no response to my voice messages. I have never had such an experience with anyone like this before. The MyBuilder team advised me to claim my money through Citizen's Advice or the Small Claims Court, which I will do when I find time.

Brian did an excellent job. He was able to sort out all our plumbing problems. He replied quickly to my enquiry and arranged to come on the same day. Agreed installation of new sink but after over 3 weeks of waiting, a no show on day of install, no responses to previous comms since over a week ago. Unfortunately can't recommend despite him being enthusiastic and pleasant during the original quotation!
