I will give 5 stars but will note that at times sometimes there were some delays in communicating (nothing that is necessarily anyone’s fault) so that’s something to work in future. But the work was absolutely superb. Fast, efficient and I ended up with a beautifully laid floor Its as close to perfect as could be. I would highly recommend this tradesman and will be hoping to engage them for further work

0 if we could! Still waiting delivery of our stair carpet we ordered over 2 months ago constant excuses with us having to do all the chasing. Constant delays. Was more than understanding in the beginning as things happen but its gone too far now. House has been in upheaval for over 2 months at an already difficult time. Living room was just ok fitted. Still not been out to fix the issues with the work they have already completed to poor standard or to fix and replace the items in my house they set on fire! The blender ive had to replace myself been so long. My kitchen plinth is a disgrace though and now jammed in wrong thanks to them. Not sure who find it acceptable to miscut and then try and hide 2 pieces of lino underneath in the bathroom hopes we don't notice. after reporting these issues regularly since they happened still not been to look/fix/compensate. Want our stair carpet refunded now issues fixed or compensated for. Cant trust them! Also been ignored again! Horrendous.
