John was simply brilliant and got on with a complicated job of bespoke cupboards in our loft, cedar cladding plus wood flooring of utility room and hanging of double glass doors. I am so impressed that John is returning to hang a new solid oak front door and create bespoke under eaves pull out storage and under stairs shoe storage. Gave Steve a job to supply and fix the door, took ages to come, when he came he wasn’t prepared, the door hinges ddnt align, new door with scratches,it took three weeks up to now he hasn’t finished sorting the door, he is nolonger answering his phone after I paid him the full amount, he is unprofessional
