Arranged a date and time and was very communicative. Was social and answered any questions I had and took on additional work (putting up a bay window curtain pole) and helped us out with an issue with the hinges of another door in the house. Great guy to work with and is very educational to watch, he's really in his element and does his absolute best to excel in the task required. HIghly recommend
