I usually dont.leave reviews, but James is worth more than a few minutes of my time. He was able to quickly identify the issues and although he was not able to work on the job as there was no electrical power to the property, he was able advise on possible solutions. Even offering direction over the phone when i needed further help, exhusting every possible solution. Also his charge rate are beyond fair, it seem like a disadvantage to himself. Was happy with quote, and the work was done very quickly (which I really appreciated). I was very happy with finished job, all tidy and just as I had asked for. Andy is clearly very experienced and knowledgeable. He is very approachable and up front about what he is going to do and how he'll do it. If there are any unexpected issues he'll discuss it. Despite a few small hiccups he honoured his estimate which was very detailed and precise. I will definitely use Andy again for any future work and have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone.
