Will did an excellent job. He communicated well before arriving on site. He was on time. He was well mannered. He did everything we asked of him and more. All work was within the estimates he provided at the start, both cost and timescales. Unfortunately Sam abandoned the job, didn't follow up on when he could return and complete it (as he said he would), and has not responded to any messages since (it is now a month on since he started and left a hole in the door).
