He hid some pipes that I didn't think was going to be possible. He was punctual and the job took the time he had said. At the end of every day he cleaned up the area. He made suggestions when we had problems getting a worktop which was great and saved us money. I wholeheartedly recommend Simion.

Dave worked hard and did a good job for us. We have an old house which made it much harder than it should have been. It didn’t phase him and he found work around to get the job done. Having terminated a contract with a builder for a garden room because of unsatisfactory workmanship and overrun on the completion date we needed a builder quickly. Adrian Greenmore was recommended to us by a friend . Within a day Adrian had come, assessed the work needed. We were given a clear comprehensive quotation and a draft contract. Work started and finished within the contract period. Sub-contract work was arranged and available for use more quickly than was expected. Adrian and his employees worked hard and efficiently. Some detailed work was done to a very high standard. It was always a pleasure to have them on site being polite and considerate. There were a couple of occasions when they were needed elsewhere. We were always told in advance and when they would be back ; usual no more than one or two days. Therefore we were never left wondering about 'disappearing builders'. When finished the work was passed by our architect and planning officer who was very pleased with the way the new-build jelled with the house and environment. The final invoice was as expected with no hidden costs. It was detailed and clear making everything much easier to understand. Both my wife and I would have no hesitation in recommending Adrian Greenmore to potential customers. We feel that we were given quality and, above all, a lack of hassle and frustration. We would be willing to allow inspection of the building with, of course appropriate warning.Latest review:
