Before comming to do it they did not assest it, instead came to us in three man around 9 am on agreeded start day. Then they told us they are not prepared to do our job because is complex...so we agreed they prepare themselves and complete it one month later. No communication. I rung on Friday to resive confirmation whey will come .The guy over the phone confirms: yes they will come as expected on Monday st 8.30. Then nothing happens. On the day till 10 am nobody came, I tried ring them till 12 o'clock. No reply just answering machine. At 12 o'clock my husband rings them from different number.
