I met with Allan to discuss the needs for my job which was a fair amount. He took the information in his stride, gave me a great quotation and is currently mid way through the work. Everything I have seen to date is to a high standard and he has been excellent with communication, punctuality. Lodge/caravan sites and domestically built and completed to the highest standards.
I reached out to Mitchell and Aden regarding an urgent task that required immediate attention. They responded within 72 hours and encountered the challenge of working with luxury locks, which are notoriously difficult to operate. Despite this, both of them were able to resolve the issue, completing the task successfully. When I consulted with other joiners, they indicated that they would have been unable to handle the job. Mitchell and Aden not only completed the work, but they did so with precision, professionalism, and attention to detail. Based on their excellent performance, I subsequently hired them to install paneling on three walls and one side wall. They completed this work in a single day, including additional tasks such as trimming my kitchen door and adjusting the entrance door. All of this was accomplished within eight hours. When I sought estimates from other contractors, they all indicated that the job would take a full day. I will be calling them back for other jobs.
