Having terminated a contract with a builder for a garden room because of unsatisfactory workmanship and overrun on the completion date we needed a builder quickly. Adrian Greenmore was recommended to us by a friend . Within a day Adrian had come, assessed the work needed. We were given a clear comprehensive quotation and a draft contract. Work started and finished within the contract period. Sub-contract work was arranged and available for use more quickly than was expected. Adrian and his employees worked hard and efficiently. Some detailed work was done to a very high standard. It was always a pleasure to have them on site being polite and considerate. There were a couple of occasions when they were needed elsewhere. We were always told in advance and when they would be back ; usual no more than one or two days. Therefore we were never left wondering about 'disappearing builders'. When finished the work was passed by our architect and planning officer who was very pleased with the way the new-build jelled with the house and environment. The final invoice was as expected with no hidden costs. It was detailed and clear making everything much easier to understand. Both my wife and I would have no hesitation in recommending Adrian Greenmore to potential customers. We feel that we were given quality and, above all, a lack of hassle and frustration. We would be willing to allow inspection of the building with, of course appropriate warning.

Actually a 5 star rating isn’t enough to recognise the excellent standard of workmanship and attention to detail that Steve gives to a job. He’s just completed our kitchen, in our wonky house, with our wonky plumbing and electrics, interpreting my dubious measurements and dodgy plan and has created just what we envisaged - quite a challenge, but he took every dilemma and found a solution. His years of experience is obvious and he never gets rattled. He’s also a delight to have around during, what is, quite a stressful time. We’re delighted with our kitchen and can’t thank him enough. We would highly recommend him.

All completed to a high standard and kept us informed of progress throughout the build. Installed over 2 days while we were at work and house was left spotless every time. Alin has completely refitted our kitchen in a way we never thought possible he made minor improvements to our water supply to fit the sink unit against the wall.We where amazed at how quickly he transformed our kitchen nothing is to much trouble for him he kept us informed about what he was doing to improve the layout so it was easier for us to use.We would definitely make Alan our first call if we need any renovations done in the future as we can't fault him or his work
