Delighted with Martin's work and professionalism. He sorted a long length of new garden fence (Garden is about 100ft ) and cladded a rear annexe in timber. I was very pleased with his knowledge and workmanship ...I say this even though he didn't come back to finish the small section of decking that was left ...I'm guessing the price wasn't right and not taking points off as he didn't charge for it...Can't fault his craftsmanship would be happy to work with him again.

Couldn’t be any happier with the finished product, my stairs look amazing and Neil had finished them to a great quality. In terms of service, Neil kept me updated throughout the whole process and was happy to answer any queries I had. Started very positively. Came and quoted the job. Good pricing and the images produced looked good. I accepted the quote. Called to say that due to the weather jobs were running a few days behind and was that ok. I said yes, several months later I have not heard from Eddie so will have to look elsewhere to get the job done.

Extremely Disappointed – AVOID This was honestly one of the worst experiences I've had with a company. Communication was non-existent throughout the project. They would show up for a couple of hours, then disappear for the rest of the week, despite having agreed to a 7–10 day timeline. The job dragged on for nearly a month, causing delays and costing us money. When the work was finally “completed,” they had failed to connect the water properly — both the bathroom and kitchen sinks were leaking. We had to bring in professional builders to fix their mistakes, which incurred even more costs. If you're in the property business, I strongly advise against working with this company. They offer constant excuses, drag out timelines, and clearly lack the experience required for proper home refurbishments. Their workmanship on kitchens and bathrooms is especially poor — what should have been a straightforward job turned into a £6,000 mistake. Do yourself a favour and hire professionals from
