Rating: 4.8 out of 5 4.8550 reviewsGet in touchI hired Alex after an initially reassuring communication. He visited my property to assess the work and provided a quote, which I initially found expensive but ultimately agreed to, as I wanted a high-quality job. After some back-and-forth, he began the work on 29th August. Alex worked until 30th August and requested a 40% deposit. I felt this was excessive, especially since there were still five outstanding tasks, so I only paid 30%. He eventually returned to work on 17th September, but only after I followed up to ask when he would be back. He worked for a day, then scheduled his return for 23rd September, only to inform me he couldn’t make it due to a family holiday. By this point, I was frustrated and exhausted with the delays. What should have been a relatively straightforward job dragged on for over 11 weeks, finally completing after numerous interruptions and scheduling issues. Alex’s time management and prioritisation need significant improvement taking on new clients beforeLatest review:Carpentry-
