Needed a carpenter urgently for work to be done on two house. Four doors at one house and further three doors at another house. All doors were completed in one day by Zac. All doors were perfect including the final fittings of the handles. Very professional and would totally recommend this gentleman. I was let down by a tradesman at the last moment and I discovered EJ Property Services via mybuilder.com - and what a find. Eddie and Liam were throughly professional and both have an keen eye for detail. The craftsmanship is faultless and we were extremely impressed with their work ethic, cleanliness and workmanship. I have used LKK Builders on two of my projects, and I couldn’t be happier with their work. The most recent one was a full three-bedroom house refurbishment, which included fitting a brand new kitchen, installing a new bathroom, complete rewiring, replastering and painting the entire house, and laying new flooring and carpets throughout. LKK Builders got everything sorted, including arranging the electrician for the full house rewiring and a gas safety engineer to check all gas appliances and service the boiler. All materials were on site on time, and there were absolutely no delays. Communication was always quick and clear, and the team were very professional and friendly throughout. The whole project ran seamlessly from start to finish, and I will definitely continue using LKK Builders for future projects. Highly recommended!

Darren worked very quickly and efficiently painting our whole house internally. He pointed out other bits that needed doing along the way, that we hadn't noticed, which was really helpful. He looked after our home and put moved furniture back in it's place at the end of the working day so we could still live comfortably whilst the work was ongoing. We're super happy with the finish, very clean, and very clean-wokring too. Thank you Darren! Would highly recommend and would definitely use Darren again!
