He and his colleague attended promptly on the agreed date, completing the total work including re-plastering within two days. He also fixed an troublesome front door. All work was carried out in a friendly and tidy manner. All unwanted materials were taken away. He came to look at the job straight away and sent me a quote the next day. He let me know the night before what time he would be arriving.
