Tanvir from Devine Property Services took our whole project through from start to finish, and that's with our council being difficult. He is a good listener and took all our points into consideration in what we wanted to achieve. Unfortunately our local council were nitpicking on obvious points that anyone with common sense would have realised. Our application was refused TWICE due to this, but both times Tanvir offered great support, studied the feedback (which was strange to read in itself), revised and resubmitted what needed to be done. Tanvir went as far as to call the planning officers involved to clarify designs, and due to this action - the planning officers eventually caved in and approved the designs. Hi there, a little of what I do. I have been self employed as a land surveyor/site engineer for the past 25 years. I carry out all types of surveys, from floor plans/elevations surveys/topographical surveys/monitoring of structures and setting out for building work.
