Hired Jammin Brick & Stone to install a new wrap around patio with porcelain tiles. Ben did an excellent job I am so happy with the finish which is first class. He clearly knows his stuff and was able to to give me some great ideas which went into the design. Ben was very punctual turning up when he said and worked exclusively on my job until it was complete. I would definitely recommend Ben and Jammin Brick & Stone for any landscaping job.

Can provide up front budget estimates for house and extension builds. Agent for obtaining Pre Planning advice, Full Planning Permission, PD. with Lawful Development Certificates., Full Plans Building Regulations. Have contacts for Structural Steelwork and SAP. Heat Loss Calculations if required. I charge on an hourly basis ( Providing Time Sheets accounting for each half hour) at a rate of 55 pounds/hour + travel at half rate. Printing costs for drawing electronic scans and paper copies are passed on at receipt cost. Fully transparent fees with no VAT.

Overall we are happy with the work that has been done, however the whole experience has been soured by the fact that I am still chasing to have the new hot water cylinder properly commissioned almost 2 years after installation meaning I cannot have it serviced and won't be able to claim on the warranty if things go wrong. My home insurance will also not pay out on any damage that may be caused. The other issue is that the two consumer units that were installed have not been labelled so I have no idea which breaker does what, this is a safety concern. My many attempts to contact Mandeep about this have been fruitless, I'm just being ignored.
