He was super responsive and gave great advice about some other bits we were considering doing in the house, and left everything clean and done to a high standard. He also arranged for plasterers to come and skim some textured ceilings - we are new to the renovation game and the number of options out there can be overwhelming, so Ian arranging it all for us was so helpful. Get in touchJob completed on time and to budget, some errors made on the job, lights fitted in wrong place, doorways requiring re-doing as not square for door install. These were all remedied though without pushback. There was a miss on the estimate which has resulted in us having to pay separately for the completion of coving install and very high estimates for optional change request works (fitting laminate flooring) that resulted in us bringing in other companies to do that work. I had little idea of what I wanted, Stephen came and offered ideas, follows ups and absolutely outdid everything I was expecting. As I didn't have much idea of costs of material, steve also realigned to our budget and still kept I looking amazing. Have to sat, he and his partner (carl) worked long hours to get it done. Were both a pleasure to have around and even put up with our dogs stealing a sausage roll.
