Work was done exceptionally professionally especially given some challenging circumstances at times. Further to this all work was explained thoroughly and input and suggestions were given when required and all work was carried out just as I had requested. A new commercial kitchen was put into my pub amongst other work and I am very impressed with the new kitchen, especially given the new kitchen was in a tight space with very little room for error. Communication was exemplary and the site was left clean and tidy upon completion. Get in touchIt's been more than a year since we had Lee to help sort out our new home. Positives - he was prompt when he came to quote, he gave a fair price, he started roughly around the date he said he would, he finished the majority of the work in tight schedule allowing us to move in to a clean home. We were so impressed by him and his professionalism that we asked him to do more work.. this is when it went a bit pear shaped.. Negatives - not turning up due to variety of reasons, delaying tasks, I think some he couldn't do but instead of saying he can't, he kept saying he hasn't forgotten about us and will be back, weather related reasons often cited. In terms of costs - he didn't fit loft ladder as paid for but he then left his own ladder at the property. He was to fit doors - fair few of them not cut well or fitted well, they need adjusting and sorting. I last heard from him in November 2023.. We initially had them to complete exterior work including a custom built unit, fences, new gate, relaying of patio (due to error of previous builder) and home gym extension. We then rehired them to complete a Utility room and small bathroom remodel and their work was excellent. They listened to our ideas, gave sound advice and have created a beautiful space in our home. Having previously had very bad experiences with other builders and the quality of their work it has been a revelation to have them work with us.
