Andrew built a media wall in our living room, including a faux chimney breast, floor-to-ceiling shelving and fitted cabinets. He also extended existing wall panelling in our converted garage where built-in units had previously been removed. The main carpentry work was good and the media wall was built as we had hoped. It feels solid, sturdy and well constructed. However, I was disappointed with the finishing work, particularly in the garage. Part of the agreement was to make the walls ready for decoration after the removal of units and electrical work, but the filling was rough, some filler came loose, and many areas had not been properly sanded. There were also noticeable gaps around the panelling and skirting, which remained untidy even after a return visit. The project was also not left particularly clean, with a significant amount of sawdust and debris remaining, especially in the garage. Overall, good construction work, but the finishing and details fell below expectations.

This person is AWFUL! Came for the job today and bailed out leaving more damage to my floor than before. He has now blocked my number. I have tried calling from different numbers and these have also been blocked. He looks dodgy and hate that he has been in my house.
