Agreed a mutual date for the work with Tony. He arrived promptly on the 3 days to do the work (with his assistant on the middle day). They did a brilliant job of work in spite of access to parts of the house not being good. They even renewed the roof and side paneling of the porch at the front door which I had not realized we had discussed Bonus! Finally they replaced a dodgy air vent on the ridge tiles. All tidied up afterwards nicely. When I had a leak coming through my bedroom ceiling Mike was the only one that got the ladder up to the roof and did a proper investigation. When the problem turned out to be bigger than he first thought, he was fine with me getting some more quotes and didn't charge me for that first visit. I was happy to go with Mike to fix the problem, and him and his team did a great job. He documents everything, always explains everything in detail and is very polite and professional. Dave and his team built a side extension over our existing garage and converted our garage into a TV room. The project went well with no real issues and was very efficient. The build and finish was done to high standard and the site was kept tidy. Dave would question the designs if he thought something could be done better.
