I hired Dec for Repair Damages on wooden worktop and oil it to Protect etc back to good standard. Damage was only around tap area but I was told sanding has to be done on whole worktop to look even. Now Damage area is restored but my whole worktop is very dry and is more prone to Damages with spills. He did small oiling but I can compared easily with small other Wood top that was from before and that is good. He is adamant that what he has done is how it has to be and I should oil it. If I had to do it I will not get professional to pay £250 and still I have stuff left to get it to finish level. Difference is so clear anyone can feel and see it.
