Terrible he missed items of the design. Had to remind him of the portal frames which is the main structure of the property. Now he won’t answer any calls or messages con man. My number is 07443860741 please contact me for messages for proof. Avoid at all costs expensive and doesn’t make sense. I called him and he began to shout down the phone. We worked with Andrew to design a complete downstairs transformation and reconfiguration of our house. The results have been incredible. Andrew was extremely easy and transparent to work with, listening closely to our requirements and goals with the space and working with us to get to the right design to start the building project. He was always incredibly conscientious and forgiving with our questions. Having the final designs and drawings for all aspects of the project made working with our builder so easy, so much so the builder executed the entire project in just under 6 weeks. Refresh have been in business for 6 years but have recently opened an office in the Cambridge area.
Large job, internal building work (altering wall positions) and redesigning/refurbishing of two bathrooms in very old cottage. Well planned, managed and delivered. High quality and beautiful finish, work delivered to cost and scope (very slightly delayed due to additional reinforcements required to floors). Nancy designed our single storey rear extension with external store and comes highly recommended. She was very knowledgeable and helpful from the first meeting, making suggestions while working with what we wanted. She also designed the new kitchen and utility layout and dealt with building regulations queries and amends for the whole design. During lockdown she guided us on providing information so the planning permission wouldn't be slowed down, recommended builders and has always been on hand for our questions. Joe was professional and understood the requirements very well. He prepared for me building regulations drawings which have been a great help in dealing with the builders and regulators. He was responsive to my requirements, and was able to additionally provide planning drawings at short notice to assist in a successful planning application.
