He carried out the work of repointing the bricks and installing covers on vented bricks to a good standard. He also helped with waterproofing a wall which was not discussed before. He tidied up a few bricks outside the discussed work at no charge. Overall his charges are reasonable and I found him adaptable and cooperative to deal with. Basicly we like to make tired old buildings beautiful again, shabby to shiek. We are clean and tidy using vacums and employ dust collectors.
